Lewis McGehee, a Richmond, VA native, graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Philosophy. While performing in New York’s Greenwich Village, Lewis was “discovered” by Terry Cashman and Tommy West (Jim Croce’s producers). Lewis’ debut album on Lifesong Records was released worldwide. Portfolio Magazine’s Musician Poll has voted McGehee as the top acoustic act for three consecutive years and was recently voted “Best Musician”. His aggressive approach to acoustic guitar has made him a prominent force in the Virginia music scene.
Scott Watson’s first performance was at age 5. His mother and father are both musicians and local entertainers. Scott is classically trained in piano and brass and started playing guitar at age 12. Over the years, Scott has played and recorded with various groups and has shared billing with, in not particular order, Jimmy Buffett, Bill Monroe, the Nothin’ Doin Band, Ricky Skaggs and Leon Russell, just to mention a few, and for the last ten years or so, Lewis McGeehee.
